Terms of Use of Sideteam
Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "GTCU") is to define the terms and conditions under which Sideteam (hereinafter referred to as "the platform") makes its services of creation, management and interaction between personalized fictional characters available to its users (hereinafter referred to as "the users").
Article 2: Acceptance of the GTCU
The use of the Sideteam platform implies the unconditional acceptance of these GTCU by the users. By registering on the platform, the users declare that they have read and accepted these GTCU.
Article 3: Access and Registration
In order to benefit from the services of Sideteam, users must register by providing the required information. Users undertake to provide accurate information and to update it in the event of any changes.
Article 4: Use of the platform
4.1
Users undertake to use the platform and its services only for legal purposes and in accordance with these GTCU.
4.2
All content created, distributed or stored on the platform by users must not:
- enfreindre les droits d'autrui (propriété intellectuelle, droits à la vie privée, droit à l'image, etc.) ;
- être diffamatoire, injurieux, discriminatoire, mensonger, calomnieux, pornographique ou contraire à l'ordre public et aux bonnes mœurs ;
- porter atteinte à la sécurité ou à l'intégrité de la plateforme, des utilisateurs ou de tiers.
Article 5: Liability and Warranties
5.1
Sideteam is not responsible for the content generated, disseminated or stored on the platform by users. Each user is responsible for their creations and the interactions or dialogue between their characters.
5.2
Sideteam reserves the right to remove, without notice or compensation, any content deemed to be inconsistent with these TOS or harmful to the platform, users or third parties.
5.3
The Sideteam platform is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Sideteam does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality or reliability of the information and content present on the platform.
Article 6: Personal Data
Sideteam is committed to protecting the personal data of its users in accordance with the regulations in force. The information collected during registration is used only for the management of user accounts and is not communicated to third parties without prior consent. Article 7: Modification of the TOS
Sideteam reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. Users will be notified of the changes and must accept the new terms to continue using the platform.
Article 8: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These TOU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these TOS will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the headquarters of Sideteam.
In the event of a discrepancy between the French and English versions of these TOU, the French version will prevail.
